Sproutly Lifetime Protection Plan

This optional Lifetime Protection Plan is available for purchase with your Sproutly Seed Starter Kit, providing extended coverage beyond the standard 30-day warranty.

Plan Purchase Required

This Lifetime Protection Plan is not included with your Sproutly Seed Starter Kit purchase. It must be purchased separately at the time of your original product purchase for $19.95. This one-time fee provides lifetime protection as outlined below.

What's Covered

When purchased, this protection plan covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in your Sproutly Seed Starter Kit, including the growing trays, humidity dome, LED grow lights, control system, and power components when used under normal household conditions according to the product instructions.

Duration of Coverage

This optional protection plan lasts for the lifetime of the original purchaser of the product. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.

What We Will Do

At our option, Sproutly will repair or replace any defective part or product covered under this plan free of charge. Replacement may be with a new or refurbished product or components of equivalent functionality.

What's Not Covered

• Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions
  
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration
  
• Damage due to commercial use or purposes other than residential gardening
  
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
  
• Loss of plants, seeds, or other gardening materials
  
• Incidental or consequential damages
  

How to Obtain Service

To make a protection plan claim, contact our customer service department at support@sproutly.com with proof of plan purchase and a description of the issue.

Your Legal Rights

This protection plan gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS PROTECTION PLAN. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
